Refund Policy

1. Overview
AI Image Studio ("Service") uses Polar as our Merchant of Record for all subscription payments. Polar handles billing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan's benefits until the end of your billing period.
- After your billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan (15 images per month).
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal.
- You have not used any of your monthly image generation allowance during the current billing period.
Refund requests that meet both conditions above will be processed in full.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You have used one or more image generations during the current billing period.
- More than 14 days have passed since the charge.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (results vary by nature of the technology).
- Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal (you may cancel to prevent future charges).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can:
- Email us at support@pix-make.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
6. Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed by Polar and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Free Plan
The Free plan ($0/month, 15 images) does not involve any payment and is therefore not subject to refunds. You may use or discontinue the Free plan at any time.
