By accessing or using AI Image Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

AI Image Studio provides AI-powered image generation and transformation services, including but not limited to pet portraits, photo restoration, tattoo design, and other creative tools. Results are generated using third-party AI models and may vary.

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.

• Services are paid using a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via Stripe.
• All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Prices are displayed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

• You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI services.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the images you submit.
• Generated images are provided for your personal or commercial use, subject to the underlying AI model's terms.

You must not use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real people
• Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Automate access through bots or scrapers without permission

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected outputs. We do not guarantee specific results or quality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Image Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
